Information the service handles

Account information includes your email or username, a password hash, account status and access permissions. If a billing relationship exists, account records can include Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status. Payment-card processing is handled by Stripe; the website does not ask you to send card information to our support email.

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The service also handles requests and technical information needed for security and operation, including network addresses or derived identifiers, request timestamps, errors and rate-limit records. Acknowledgment records associate your account with items you have marked as read. Support messages contain the information you choose to send. Previously collected newsletter records may remain stored while sign-ups are disabled.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide account access, apply subscription permissions, process requested billing operations, remember acknowledgments, respond to support and protect and maintain the service. Hosting and traffic-security providers, including Cloudflare, process requests to operate the website. Stripe handles payment-related operations. Some research pages can load TradingView content, which causes your browser to contact that provider. Disabling new sales does not stop ordinary website requests or authentication cookies.

Retention and deletion requests

Records currently remain in active storage and backups; category-specific automatic deletion is not yet implemented for all records. We are reviewing retention requirements and implementing a documented schedule. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact above. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations. Backup removal may follow backup expiration rather than immediate deletion. We will explain the handling and any applicable limitations when responding to a request; there is not yet a self-service account-deletion feature.

Adults-only accounts

New accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless we have agreed on an appropriate method.

Your choices and updates

You may sign out, manage cookies in your browser, and contact us about your information. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent sign-in. Rights that apply to you depend on applicable law; this notice does not limit those rights. Material changes to these practices will be reflected in an updated notice.
